Preorder Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel a preorder before it has shipped by contacting info@luzlenny.com.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the status of the order. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Made-to-Order Purchases — Final Sale

All made-to-order purchases are final and cannot be canceled once an order has been placed, except where cancellation is required by applicable law.

Made-to-order products are produced specifically in response to customer orders. By completing checkout, customers acknowledge and agree to the production and processing timelines disclosed on the product listing.

Production & Shipping Timelines

Delays & Customer Rights
