At Luz by Lenny, our products are thoughtfully created in small batches. Processing times vary depending on whether an item is ready to ship, available for preorder, or made to order.

Please review the product listing before purchasing to understand the expected fulfillment timeframe.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $8.95 per order for eligible U.S. destinations.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Ready-to-Ship Orders

Ready-to-ship items are finished products that are available in our current inventory.

These orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Preorders

Preorder items are products offered for purchase before their scheduled release or availability date.

Each preorder listing will include an estimated shipping date or shipping timeframe.

Preorders are not eligible for our standard ready-to-ship processing timeframe.

If the anticipated shipping date changes, we will notify affected customers and provide any options required by applicable law.

Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products are created after an order has been placed.

Because our candles are hand-poured and require appropriate curing time, made-to-order products have longer fulfillment timelines.

The estimated production and processing timeframe will be provided on the individual product listing before purchase.

Shipping transit time is additional to the stated production timeframe.

Orders Containing Multiple Fulfillment Types

If your order includes ready-to-ship, preorder, or made-to-order products, your order may ship together once all items are available.

Please review the estimated fulfillment dates for each item before purchasing.

If separate shipments are available, we will communicate any additional shipping arrangements or charges before proceeding.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Carrier delivery estimates are separate from our processing and production timelines.

Shipping Delays

While we work to fulfill orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to production requirements, holidays, high order volumes, or carrier disruptions.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@luzlenny.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout may be subject to an additional $8.95 reshipping fee.
